What to Visit

The Algarve has plenty to offer during the whole year and it goes beyond the sand and sea.

Typical villages, historic areas with an enormous legacy, enchanting castles, local markets and handicraft. Let the mountains embrace you and explore the inner Algarve and the fruit trees that inspired locals to produce all the famous sweets and liqueurs from Algarve.

We suggest you consult our tours and start exploring the most secluded Algarve, visiting Silves, Portimão, Alte, Salir, Querença or Faro.

Our front desk can always assist you with information, tips on what to visit and how to move around.

This strong presence, from centuries VIII to XIII, still very alive on its agriculture, village names, architecture, terraces and chimneys and even in the predominant white lime that still covers many houses in the Algarve.” In www.visitalgarve.pt
