Important information for our customers
The protection of your health is our priority for us and due to the Covid-19 global outbreak we have decided to close Pinhal da Marina until the May 31th. We are preparing a set of measures to make sure that your return to Pinhal da Marina is safer and more relaxed than ever.

Pinhal da Marina is different and adapted to these new times:
- All accesses are direct into the apartments and open to the gardens with no common indoor areas;
- All apartments have large balconies and terraces and several of them with direct access to the gardens;
- Large areas of private gardens inside Pinhal da Marina are available for the exclusive use of the guests.

What we are doing in the apartments
All apartments are cleaned by our staff, properly protected and trained for this new reality;
Cleaning procedures and protocols have been adapted to comply with the instructions provided by the General Health Authority;
Cleaning days and hours are available for our guests to pre-schedule allowing these services to be made with the required social distancing measures;
What we are doing in the Restaurant
Take-away service has been reinforced allowing guests to order their meals from their apartments and to collect them at an appointed time. Menus are available in each apartment;
More space between the tables inside the restaurant and on the terrace have been created to ensure the safety distancing measures;
Hand gel dispensers are available at the entrance of the reception and restaurant for the use of all guests and staff.

Greater flexibility for your reservations
Given the current situation we have adjusted our cancellation and modification policy offering you a greater flexibility for your holidays.
Guests with prepaid reservations (i.e. “Non-refundable” or “Early booking” reservations) for stays until June 30th 2020 may choose not to travel on the scheduled date and receive a voucher that can be used until December 31st 2021 or cancel their reservation.
All reservations for stays until May 30th 2020 may be cancelled free of charge or postponed to a later date.
Any reservation made between April 15th and May 31st 2020 - for any future arrival date - can be altered or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival date. These conditions include “early booking” reservations.
Note: Guests with reservations made through online travel agencies or third parties should contact their reservation provider for assistance and additional information on their cancellation policies.
